Real abandonment detection

Before each send, keepodi checks with Shopify that the cart is still open and unpaid. Nobody who already bought gets a message.

Who receives the messages?

Only customers who entered a phone at checkout or signed up with consent. Every message carries a personal unsubscribe link, honored immediately across channels.

What if the customer buys mid-sequence?

The sequence stops, the coupon minted for them is disabled in Shopify, and the order is marked as recovered.

Does it work with any Shopify theme?

Yes. Detection is based on Shopify webhooks, not theme code — nothing to install on the storefront.
