SMS packs are purchased from the admin at a per-unit price list. The balance shows on the SMS page.

How do I know who bought from the campaign?

The link carries a campaign id, and the keepodi pixel attributes visits and purchases to it.

Can I import a list?

Yes. File import with a field-mapping screen, plus a do-not-contact list.
